Details of organization:

1. In the event of cancellation of the course and notification to the client within 14 days, the client may select any other course that is to be offered by the Institute or Institute’s partners.
2. In the event of denial of visa to travel to the Institute’s International courses, 75% of fee will be refunded, the Visa fee and any other third-party fee will not be refunded. Fee can be utilized for the next offered program of choice.
3. The Institute has no control of the duration of time of visa processing. Generally, 30 days are required, however the duration may extend.
4. In case visa delays and one is late for the program registered for. Delegate shall be registered to the next program on mutual agreement.
5. No refund of the fee will be made till the visa process is complete.
6. All bookings will be accepted as confirmed on payment of workshop fee GENERALLY BEFORE VISA IS APPLIED
7. Cancellations will not be accepted once formal invitations from international partners to be submitted for Visa support have been obtained.
8. The Institute will not be liable if the event is cancelled, postponed due to the fortuitous event.
9. The Institute will propose and assist clients as far as possible with visa applications, travel, and accommodation arrangements. Payment for visa, airline and hotel will be paid by the client.
10. Clients must return to their home country on conclusion of this event and are liable for violation.
11. Under no circumstances will reimbursement be made to individuals but only to the organizations who originally paid for delegates to attend or to delegates who paid for the service. Payment will be made within a period of three months.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: -The client indemnifies and holds Institute, its directors, employees, and members harmless against any claim of whatever nature which may be made against any of them (including legal costs on an attorney and own client scale) resulting from or occasioned by the function, howsoever arising including but not limited to personal injury or death.
