The Institute for Capacity Development invites you to the above stated workshop to be held in Siena Italy. The Sustainable Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner (SDIP) Certification program is a program tailored for a small group of young international professionals, driven by a desire to enhance their sustainable diversity and inclusion practices as we prepare the tomorrow leaders.

The program entails the following:

  • Learning and experiencing: Hands on engagement with sustainable and diversity and inclusion tools and practices for organizational implementation.

  • Developing Action Plans: Participants create Sustainable Development and Inclusion action Plans (SDIP).

  • Networking: An opportunity to connect with peers and join a community of dedicated and passionate practitioners.

  • Cultural Immersion: Participants will enjoy the scenic beauty of Tuscany countryside as they have some fun.

  • Certification: Participants receive a certificate and a LinkedIn page recognizing them as Sustainable Diversity and Inclusion Practitioners.

This workshop will use the following methodology to impact its learners: Experiential training activities, peer and co-creative learning, immersive international and multicultural learning context, service learning with local association, testimonies and business cases, individualised learning through action plan development and a two virtual team learning transfer follow-ups.

The following is the content for the workshop.
• Learners developing own project and personal action plan.
• Voluntary service to develop global citizenship skills.
• Sustainable development goals and social inclusion business cases.
• Using story circles and co-design thinking techniques to tackle global challenges.
• Sustainable development goals and global challenges
• Multicultural identity and global citizenship.
• Identity and belonging at interpersonal, team and organizational levels.
