Theme: Engagement in Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, and Social Innovation

We are pleased to extend an invitation to you and your esteemed colleagues to the first Women Leadership Forum on “Engagement in Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, and Social Innovation,” scheduled to take place from the 13th to the 19th of October 2024 in Milan, Italy.

The Institute for Capacity Development (InCAD) is dedicated to empowering women legislators, business owners, senior executives, and legislators from East African countries. Our focus is on strengthening engagement and deepening knowledge in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability, and Social Innovation.

Women in Kenya and across the globe play pivotal roles in legislation, policy formulation, and economic empowerment. However, challenges persist in areas of diversity, sustainability, and social innovation within government and private sectors. The forum aims to accelerate education and awareness among key stakeholders to overcome these challenges.

Objectives of the Forum

Our mission is to empower leaders, explore sustainable practices, drive policy dialogue, facilitate networking, foster learning and growth, encourage social innovation, promote diversity and inclusion, advance corporate social responsibility, inspire change, amplify women’s voices, and create actionable plans for societal progress.

Target Audience

This forum also targets Legislators, Leaders, Business Owners, Senior Executives of the seven East African Countries namely: – Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) but in future extendible to the entire globe.

Expected Results

The forum anticipates generating investment opportunities, actionable solutions, organizational changes, policy advocacy, networking opportunities, inspiration, concrete action plans, and heightened awareness among participants.

Evaluation and Registration Details

A comprehensive mission report will be submitted post-event, and all delegates are required to register by 30th July 2024.
