Institute for Capacity Development (InCAD) is a research, capacity development and management training institute registered in Kenya in 2011. The institute promotes performance by researching and empowering staff through demand driven programs. We offer a wide range of learning solutions to meet the specific needs of individuals, organizations, Counties and Government agencies.
Our programs are designed for the different levels of employees in the organization to meet their specific training needs. Our approach is proactive and in line with the demands of the current management trends. All our programs are flexible and can be suited to the needs of the organization. They can also be conducted on scheduled dates or at the convenience of the client. Our core team members have vast experience in training and consultancy.

InCAD’s services are offered to the highest degree of integrity and ethics. As a policy and belief of the organization and its staff, we do not offer any incentives in order to get an opportunity to offer our services. Our success has been due to the high quality of service that we offer to the clients.
InCAD is NITA Certified
We are duly registered with the National Industrial Training Authority to offer each of the programs after duly satisfying all NITA conditions including presenting certified profiles and certificates of the trainers. Our NITA Reference number is NITA/TRN/887.
